Juggler^® Information

Juggler has been developed by a team who understands the way your shop works; the special properties of laser processing; and how to use the best mathematical and software techniques to provide you with real-time scheduling and re-scheduling in an affordable, shrink-wrapped package.  It is no coincidence that the development program for Juggler started in a laser job shop and that continuous consultation with job shop operators has been a critical input to our product.

Simple and fast to use, Juggler requires minimal training and you will be producing schedules within hours of getting our product.

Simply configure the software with details of your machines, load a few jobs and see your first Juggler schedule displayed on a Gantt chart.  Don't accept the first one - even though it is optimized - try some what-ifs:-

• See how fast you can reschedule when a machine goes down.
• See the effect of load/unload cycle time.
• See how the schedule could be achieved without using that "temperamental old machine".
• Use it to re-configure your machines.
